Students are encouraged to playfully explore and experiment with a variety of media, engage in creative problem solving, develop critical thinking skills and have a great time!

Bass Arts Studio offers classes throughout the year. There are 3 semesters, Fall, Winter and Spring, in addition to a Summer Art Camp for children ages 7-12. For teens, we offer a Summer Teen Art Studio Intensive as well as Fashion Camp.

Our Fashion Design Program teaches students the skills they need to turn their creative visions into reality and develop confidence that will last a lifetime.

We Have The Recipe For Success

Students learn all the skills needed to sketch, design and sew their own clothing. We combine a deep respect and support for the child’s creative process with skill building.

Kids develop attention to detail and are taught the importance of good craft and construction at a young age. Here’s what they learn:

• Fashion sketching & illustration

• How to design a clothing collection

• Sewing machine and hand sewing Skills

• Pattern making & Draping

• Garment construction

And they learn about the real world of fashion:

• Field trips to the Garment Center in NYC

• Visiting fashion industry professionals
